NOIRÉYA Return & Refund Policy
At NOIRÉYA, we take pride in the quality of every order we fulfill. To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final on Delivered Orders
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier with a valid tracking confirmation, we do not issue refunds on the basis of non-receipt. Delivery confirmation from our shipping carrier serves as legal proof of delivery.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged or defective — photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong item was sent — photo evidence of item received and original order confirmation required
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Swimwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
How to Submit a Claim
Email noireya.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of your delivery date with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) received
- Clear photos of the packaging it arrived in
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted without photo evidence will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria.
Fraud Protection
NOIRÉYA maintains detailed records of all orders, shipping confirmations, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations. Any fraudulent chargeback claims will be disputed with full carrier documentation. We take fraud seriously and reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who file fraudulent claims.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders ship with tracking numbers provided at the time of fulfillment. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is entered at checkout. NOIRÉYA is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
Refund Processing Time
Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
