At NOIRÉYA, we ship worldwide and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders require a processing time of 3–5 business days before shipment. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST will begin processing the following business day. Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account at noireya.com.

- Express shipping is calculated from the time your order has been fully processed and excludes weekends and holidays.
- Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders with a subtotal of $99 or more before taxes and fees.
- Oversized items (large outerwear, hats, etc.) may be subject to additional shipping charges based on weight and dimensional calculations determined by the carrier at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
NOIRÉYA ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Important Notes for International Orders:
- Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's local legislation. NOIRÉYA does not enforce or control these fees and is unable to waive them upon delivery.
- Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being returned to us. In this case, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- DHL Express deliveries require an electronic signature upon delivery and may be subject to additional carrier fees.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your geographical location and local customs processing.
Please check with your local customs office for information on applicable import duties and taxes before placing your order.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur once a parcel has been handed to the carrier. If your order is delayed, please contact us at noireya.official@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your parcel as quickly as possible.
NOIRÉYA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, or any other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check with neighbors or anyone at your address who may have accepted the package
- Check around all entry points of your home
- Contact your local post office or carrier facility with your tracking number
