ORDERS & TRACKING
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account at noireya.com and view your order status anytime.
How long does processing take?
All orders require 3–5 business days to process before they ship. You will be notified by email once your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us at INFO@NOIRÉYA.COM as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package. What do I do?
Please first check with neighbors and anyone else at your address who may have accepted the package, and check all entry points of your home. If still unresolved, contact your local post office or carrier facility with your tracking number. If the issue persists, email us at INFO@NOIRÉYA.COM with your order number and we will assist you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong items only. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the item and packaging. Please visit our Refund & Return Policy page for full details.
My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What do I do?
Email INFO@NOIRÉYA.COM within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item received, and photos of the packaging. We will make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a replacement or store credit once your claim is approved.
SIZING
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Still unsure? Email us at INFO@NOIRÉYA.COM and we will help you find your perfect size.
Do your sizes run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size. Any sizing notes specific to a product will be mentioned in the product description.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all payment information. We never store your credit card details.
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for full details.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic standard shipping is $9.95. Express shipping is $29.99. Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $99. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Are the colors accurate in product photos?
